Civil Bank Starts 'Sagarmatha Saving Account'

February 22: Civil Bank has started 'Sagarmatha Saving Account' which offers maximum interest rate. Issuing a press statement, the bank said it would provide 10 percent annual interest under this account.

According to the statement, the account can be opened with minimum balance of Rs 1000. Other services of the account include free internet banking, ATM card, cheque book, SMS banking service, mobile banking among others. Aside from this, the bank informed it will provide 50 percent discount in annual charge for locker and free insurance service of Rs 500,000 on accidental death/physical disability.
