NIBL Ace Capital Appointed Share Registrar of Sayapatri Hydropower

March 4: NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the share registar of Sayapatri Hydropower Pvt Ltd.

Issuing a press statement, the company said that the appointment was made to issue 900,000 units of share for the people affected by hydropower projects. Likewise, NIBL Ace Capital will also conduct all share transaction of the company.

Dr Badri KC, chairman of Sayapari Hydropower and Mekh Bahadur Thapa, general manager of NIBL Ace Capital signed the agreement regarding share issuance and appointment of share registrar.
