Century Bank to Issue Dividend

March 18: Century Commercial Bank has agreed to issue 5 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend.

The bank's 7^th annual general meeting held on Wednesday, March 14 endorsed the decision to distribute bonus share. The meeting led by the bank's Chairman Rajesh Shrestha also approved the financial statement of the bank.

After the bonus share distribution, the bank's total paid up capital will stand at Rs 8.6 billion, reads a press statement issued by the bank.
