April 1: Janata Bank Nepal Ltd has opened eight new branches at different places across the nation since the beginning of the current fiscal year.
As per a press statement issued by the bank, it opened branches at Rampur of Palpa, Tikapur of Kailali, Waling of Syanja, Maharajgunj of Kathmandu, and Gwarko of Lalitpur. Likewise, the bank also started new branches at New Mill of Rupandehi, Dumkibas of Nawalparasi and Bhurigaun of Bardiya, reads the statement.
With the opening of the new branches, the bank now has 106 branches throughout the nation.
