Chinese University to Provide Scholarships to Students of Bharatpur Metropolis

April 11: Xiangya Nursing School under Central South University has signed an agreement with Bharatpur Metropolitan City to provide scholarships to deserving students of the metropolis.

Renu Dahal, mayor of Bharatpur and Prof Thanh Xuan, dean of the nursing school, signed the agreement amid a programme on April 10.

“The agreement has been made with Bharatpur metropolis to provide full and partial scholarships to 20 and 50 deserving students respectively,” reads a joint statement issued by the university and the metropolis. The scholarship will be provided to hard-working students and those from weak financial background.   

Speaking at the programme, Dahal mentioned that the agreement will not only assist the educational sector but will help Chitwan prosper. Similarly, expressing his optimism, Prof Thanh committed to move forward other projects under One Belt One Road Project.
