Sparsha Microfinance Company Provides Management Training

April 15: Sparsha Microfinance Company has provided field management training to its staff.

The three-day training provided necessary orientation to its staff about solving problems while working in the field. Likewise, the training also taught them about techniques to enhance the quality of field work, exchanging experience, way to expand the bank's members and the approach to sell life insurance policies through representatives of different life insurance companies.
