Rastriya Banijya Bank to Start Integrated Transaction from May 2

April 25: Rastriya Banijya Bank, which recently acquired NIDC Development Bank, will start integrated transaction from May 2.

The integrated transaction of the banks was approved by Nepal Rastra Bank on April 5. The Company Register’s Office along with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies had permitted Rastriya Banijya Bank for the acquisition of NICD Bank on April 16.
