April 25: Nepal Telecom (NT) as a part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) has distributed blankets to different hospitals and pledged to establish IT centres in different community schools.
Issuing a statement, the state-owned telecom company said that it distributed blankets to Koshi Zonal Hospital, Narayani Zonal Hospital, Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, Bheri Zonal Hospital and Mahakali Zonal Hospital. The company distributed 25 pieces of blankets to each of the hospitals.
Likewise, NT also distributed 25 pieces of blankets to the fire victims of Gadhi Rural Municipality-6 of Udayapur district. Similarly, NT said it will also establish six IT centres in six schools of the earthquake affected areas as a part of its CSR activity.
