Vice Chairman of Mahalaxmi Development Bank Takes Oath

May 7: Rajesh Upadhyay, vice chairman of Mahalaxmi Development Bank, took oath of office and secrecy on May 6. Nepal Rastra Bank's Deputy Governor Chinta Mani Shiwakoti administered the oath to Upadhyay as per the provision of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act 2073.

Upadhyay was re-elected as vice chairman of the bank through consensus by the 16^th annual general meeting of the bank held recently.
