May 21: La Trobe Business School under Australia's La Trobe University has introduced two new courses.
La Trobe Business School said in a statement that it introduced the new subjects that respond to changes in the job market and the need for graduates to be aware of business trends. These subjects include Big Ideas in Business and Digital Business, both of which are part of the Bachelor of Business degree.
La Trobe Business School also announced scholarships of 15 percent, 20 percent and 25 percent of the total tuition fee for undergraduate as well as postgraduate international students commencing in 2018.
According to the business school, these scholarships are merit based and will be offered to students based on their prior academic performance. The school said that the scholarships will be offered to students on a first come first serve basis.
The announcement was made during a recent visit to Kathmandu of a delegation led by Professor Jane Hamilton, dean and head of La Trobe Business School.
The business school has announced November intake in addition to the two intakes for February and July semesters.
