Mahalaxmi Bank to Distribute Cash Dividend

May 23: Mahalaxmi Development has decided to distribute 9 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The decision was made by the 16^th annual general meeting of the bank.

DEMAT account holders of the bank will receive the dividend between June 4 to 10. Other shareholders are requested to register for DEMAT accounts between May 23 to June 3 to get the dividend.     

The share registrar of Mahalaxmi Development Bank is Siddhartha Capital Limited.
