Gandaki Bikas Bank to Issue Bonus Shares

June 11: Gandaki Bikas Bank has proposed to issue 19.31 percent bonus shares. The bank’s 10^th annual general meeting held recently approved the proposal to this effect.

After the bonus share distribution, the bank’s total paid-up capital will reach Rs 2.75 billion. The AGM also appointed Padma Prasad Paudel, Sushil Gauchan, Kishor Ojha, Narayan Bahadur Baniya, Krishna Bahadur Thapa Chettri and Basudev Tripathi as members of the board of directors of the bank.
