June 21: Om Development Bank, with the motive of reaching every nook and corner of the country with its banking facility, has opened a new branch in New Road.
Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Shivraj Shrestha, inaugurated the branch amid a function on Wednesday, June 20. The bank also provided stationary products to Adarsh Madhamik Vidyalaya on the occasion.
The chairman of the bank, Sushil Kumar Goshali, briefed about the services the bank will be providing to its customers. With the new branch, the bank now has a total of 53 branches, one extension counter, one branchless banking service, and 16 ATM’s across the country. The bank said it aims to ease the financial transaction of the locals with the operation of the new branch.
