Sanima Capital Appointed Share Registrar of Bindyabasni Hydropower

July 30: Bindyabasni Hydropower Development Company has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as the share registrar of the company.

Manish Narayan Joshi, CEO of Sanima Capital, and Bharat Bahadur Pandey, director of Bindyabasni Hydropower Development Company, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations amid an event on Sunday, July 29.

According to the agreement, Sanima Capital Limited has agreed to take the responsibility of managing and documenting 2.5 million shares of Bindyabasni Hydropower Development Company.
