Century Bank Opens Three More Branches

July 31: Century Commercial Bank has opened three more branches as per the policy of the government to extend banking service at all local levels of the nation. The bank opened branches at Tandi of Chitwan, Bardibas of Mahottari and Birendrabazar of Dhanusha district.

The bank’s Chairman Rajesh Kumar Shrestha inaugurated the branches on Monday, July 30.  According to the bank’s CEO Tulsi Ram Gautam, the branches will benefit the locals and the entrepreneurs of the areas. With these branches, the bank now has 95 branches across the country. The bank said in a statement that it has a credit portfolio of Rs 55 and deposit portfolio of Rs 61.32 billion as of mid-July.
