Upreti Appointed Chairman of Vibor Capital

August 5: Vibor Capital, which is owned by Lumbini Development Bank, recently signed an agreement with its investors allowing majority of the share of the investment company to be owned by new investors. 

Similarly, the capital also has formed a new Board of Directors (BOD) comprising of new share investors. The newly formed board has appointed Tulasi Prasad Upreti as its chairman. Upreti represents the new team of investors.  

Other BoD members include Adarsh Raj Panday, Deepak Khadka and Hari Krishna Subedi.
