August 13: Members of the corporate fraternity of Nepal this weekend benefitted from a motivational training conducted by PS Rathore, a professional entrepreneur and strategist from India. Those attending the program were CEOs and high-ranking members of different corporate houses.
The inspirational seminar entitled “Strategic Leadership Framework for Success” was organized by Ascent Consulting Service at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu on August 10-11.
The program was a big hit among the participants, who chiefly comprised of members of the corporate sector of the country, as they appreciated Rathore and the program with thankful remarks. The participants said they found the program motivating and engaging.
One of the participants of the motivational training informed that he found Rathore's approach to training to be different. “He brings flair, excitement and x-factor, which made everyone of us engaged,” said the participant requesting anonymity.
Sunanda Regmi, director of Ascent Consulting Service, informed New Business Age that Rathore made the participants meditate, hop, dance, scream, break the tiles, bend the slim iron rod, walk bare foot on broken glasses and walk bare foot on fire during the event. His techniques are deeply integrated with the topic "strategic leadership", Regmi added.
The speaker and trainer PS Rathore is a household name in the corporate fraternity in India. He is an admired motivational speaker as well as a chartered accountant and is associated with big corporate houses such as Aditya Birla Group, SCB, Nunhems, Cheminova, Saint Gobain, Tata Group and many more. He is the youngest CWA topper, a qualified hypnotherapist, a TV personality, a visiting faculty of ICAI and ICMAI, and one of the best fire-walk trainers in India. He has been honored with the title of the best international fire-walk trainer and motivational guru by the British Parliament.
This was Rathore’s fourth visit to Nepal in collaboration with Ascent Consulting Service, which had previously organized a similar motivational seminar back in 2017.
