Approval of NIC Asia dividend

September 2: NIC Asia Capital has decided to distribute 7.37 percent of its paid-up as cash dividend.

The second annual general meeting of NIC Asia Capital held on Friday, August 31, took such decision.

The meeting approved the financial report of Fiscal Year 2074/75 along with four quarter balance sheet, profit and loss statements and cash flow.
