Surya Life Insurance Appoints NIC Asia Capital as its Share Registrar

October 9:  Surya Life Insurance Company has appointed NIC Asia Capital as its share registrar.  NIC Asia Capital’s CEO Jhanak Raj Dhungel and the insurance company’s CEO Shiva Nath Pandey signed a MoU in this regard amid a function on Sunday, October 7.

As per agreement, NIC Asia Capital will issue the rights shares of Surya Life Insurance in the ratio of 10:7 to its existing shareholders.
