Nepal Communitere to host I-Cube Business Incubation Programme Demo Day

November 30: Nepal Communitere, a non-profit organisation under its I-Cube business incubation programme, is hosting its first Demo Day showcasing three Nepali start-ups and two engineering teams graduating from a year-long programme in Kathmandu on Friday, November 30.

Issuing a press statement on Thursday, Nepal Communitere stated that the goal of the I-Cube Programme is to support early stage entrepreneurs in Nepal so they are investment-ready and connect them to seed investors.

“The programme will be attended by stakeholders, potential investors and entrepreneurship advocates,” the statement added. The I-Cube Programme is Nepal Communitere’s new holistic business incubation program designed to support Nepali businesses to build a strong foundation for growth and success. The one-year programme is supported by UK Aid and is based at Nepal Communitere providing one-on-one business coaching and mentoring, leadership development and direct access to financial and business networks.

The event will be accompanied by the launch of Nepal’s first seed investment platform “SAFAL Seeds”.
