December 16: Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini has proposed to distribute 23 per cent bonus share. The board of directors' meeting of the bank held on December 13 proposed of distributing 23 per cent bonus share from its distributable income of FY 2072/73 to its shareholders.

The bank informed of distributing the proposed bonus share after the approval of NRB and forthcoming annual general meeting. The total paid-up capital will reach Rs 5.63 billion after the distribution of bonus share. Presently, the bank is providing its services through 74 branches, 66 ATMs and 7 Extension counters.
