April 26: Greenhill City has started construction of housing area comprising earthquake resistance two and a half floor residential homes at Imadol, Lalitpur. In a press release, Greenhill has informed that the housing area is being developed in 45 ropanies area situated at 2.2 KM distance from Gwarko, Lalitpur and is adjacent with 4 lane road.

As per the press release, the buildings to be constructed will be in 4-15 aanas and of five different designs. “Greenhill has projected to complete the venture within mid-April 2019,” informs Bhesh Raj Lohani, Chairman of Greenhill. In a press release, Greenhill also informs that 70 percent of 800 residential homes constructed in Mulpani Greenhill City, developed in 320 ropanies are sold out.

The company plans to hand over Rose Village comprising 147 residential homes, developed in Balkot, Bhaktapur to community within the year. “Greenhill that is going to construct additional projects in Gokarna, Bhaisepati and Duwakot will be converted in Public Limited Company within mid-April 2018.
