August 15: Kailash Bank has appointed Global IME Capital as its share registrar. Recently, both companies had signed an agreement regarding the matter. The agreement was signed by Krishna Raj Lamichhane, Chief Executive Officer of the Kailash Bikash Bank and Parash Mani Dhakal, Chief Executive Officer of the Global IME Capital. Issuing a press statement, the bank informed that the agreement was signed for the issuance of 5:1 right share approved by the general meeting of the bank held on last year. Kailash Bikash Bank had submitted application in Securities Board of Nepal in order to get permission for the right share issue.
