January 30: Kailash Bikas Bank has opened its branch in Far-western Development Region. With an aim to extend banking service in all provinces across the nation, the bank said it opened the branch in the capital of Province-7, Dhangadhi.
Ramesh Acharya, acting director of Nepal Rastra Bank, inaugurated the branch amid a function on Monday, January 29. With this, the bank now has 43 branches and 22 ATM outlets.
According to the bank, it has adopted a strategy to extend its branches in Bhairahawa, Damak, Biratnagar and Birgunj as well in the near future.
