April 10: Laxmi Bank has introduced Verified by Visa (VBV) service. The bank started VBV, a 3D secure service, with an aim to provide security and service to its Visa debit card holders.

The service is provided through international network company, Visa International, to the bank's Visa card holders. According to the bank, its card holders can transact safely in online market. Likewise, they can also conduct e-commerce transaction.
