October 24: Machhapuchhre Bank Ltd (MBL) has launched Visa dollar prepaid card targeting the customers travelling abroad.

In a press statement, the bank informed that the prepaid card can be used in all ATMs or business centres accepting Visa card in any foreign country besides Bhutan and India.

According to the statement, the card can be used in any foreign countries besides Bhutan and India to the limit that Nepal Rastra Bank has permitted. "The card can be used easily as an alternative to foreign currency," reads the statement.
