The National Life Insurance (NLI) conducted an advanced Ethical Leadership and Well-Being training programme from August 11 to 14 in Chitwan.
The initiative reflects NLI’s dedication to promoting holistic wellbeing and ethical leadership among its employees and leadership team, the company said in a statement.
A total of 85 individuals, including representatives from 75 districts and regional heads from various provinces attended the programme.
The training provided insights into resilience, adaptability to change, and improved immune systems, alongside promoting better team building, decision-making skills, and heightened focus, productivity, and creativity, according to the company.
“The sessions were facilitated by Achut Gautam, a senior faculty member of Art of Living, with support from the Corporate Programme team,” the statement reads. “The holistic and diverse nature of the programme ensured that it was well-received by all, underscoring the importance of corporate well-being initiatives.”
