The price of gold declined by Rs 1,00 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market on Monday.
Fine gold, which was traded at Rs 152,400 per tola on Sunday, is now being traded at Rs 152,300 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Similarly, silver became cheaper by Rs 10 per tola on the day, to be traded at Rs 1,840 per tola.
