Kasthamandap to Acquire Pashchimanchal Finance

June 8: Kasthamnadap Development Bank Limited (KDBL) is going to acquire Pashchimanchal Finance Company Limited (PFC). Jagannath Gyawali, Chairman of KDBL and Gopal Bahadur Pokharel, Chairman of PFC signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions on Jun 7. According to the agreement, KDBL will acquire PFC. “With the agreement, KDBL has expanded its network to western and mid-western regions,” informs the bank in a press statement. The bank has already decided to expand its reach to far-western region by signing an acquisition agreement with Mahakali Bikas Bank on May 30.

Jagannath Gyawali, Chairman of KDBL and Gopal Bahadur Pokharel, Chairman of PFC signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. “With this agreement, KDBL has expanded its network to western and mid-western regions,” informs the bank in a press statement. The bank has already signed an acquisition deal with Mahakali Bikas Bank.
