The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has reduced the price of aviation fuel for international flights departing from Bhairahawa's Gautam Buddha International Airport and Pokhara International Airport.
In a recent meeting, NOC's Board of Directors decided to lower the price of aviation fuel sold from the Bhairahawa and Pokhara air fuel depots by USD 91 and USD 76 per kiloliter, respectively. The new prices came into effect from October 10.
Previously, aviation fuel for international flights at these depots was priced at USD 860 per kiloliter. With the reduction, the price now stands at USD 769 per kiloliter at Bhairahawa and USD 784 per kiloliter at Pokhara.
According to the NOC, this price cut is part of implementing the "Complete Improvement of Nepal's Civil Aviation Sector and Action Plan for the Operation of Gautam Buddha International Airport and Pokhara International Airport," which was approved by the Council of Ministers. -- RSS
