July 20: Internet service provider Vianet Communications has opened a customer care center in KL Tower, Chabahil on July 10. The company informed that the service center will provide bill payments, basic support and also handle inquiries about new internet packages to its customers. The company plans to launch outlets across major areas of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.
