October 20: Heavy equipments distributor IDMC has introduced XCMG XE 215 excavator in the Nepali market. The Chinese excavator weighing 21.5 tonnes has been uses engine of Isuzu and hydraulics manufactured by Kawasaki.

According to Purshottam Subedi, Managing Director of IMDC, all buyers of the newly launched excavator will get a chance to explore the factory and along with a five nights six days trip to China for couple. He informs that the scheme will come into effect from November 15. As per the company, the excavator is priced at Rs 8.5 million in the local market. The company has opened a service center at Sano Thimi, Bhaktapur where the customers can get after sale services from Chinese specialist engineer.
