June 7: Nabil Investment has been appointed as an issue manager of Mega Bank. Issuing a press statement, the bank informed of appointing the issue manager for the issuance of its upcoming right share issuance.  Anil Keshari Shah, CEO of Mega Bank and Pravin Raman Parajuli, CEO of Nabil Investment signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the matter amid a program on June 6. With the agreement, Nabil Investment will be managing 65 percent right share issuance approved by the last annual general meeting of the bank.
