October 11: Nabil Bank has become the first commercial bank of Nepal to receive ISO certification. Issuing a press statement, the bank said it has become the first commercial bank of the country to be certified with ISO 9001:2015. The bank informed that the United Registrar of Systems of the Great Britain conferred it with the certificate. The bank’s CEO Sashin Joshi informed that they received the certificate for their gradual improvement in banking practice and system and for adopting smart management.
