Mahindra REVA Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, one of the pioneers of electric vehicle technology in India, announced that its REVAi vehicle will be available at Mahindra dealership, AGNI ENERGY, in Nepal. This is one of the strategic initiatives announced by the company post its acquisition by the US$ 14.4 billion Mahindra Group.


“We are delighted to commence selling of the REVAi in Nepal where Mahindra is already an established brand name in the auto industry. With issues such as climate change and carbon footprint taking centre stage globally, eco-friendly transportation has become the need of the hour. Taking cognisance of this, the Nepal government has also introduced incentives for electric vehicles, making this segment more attractive. The electric vehicle market is hence, poised to grow rapidly.
