July 10: NIC Asia Bank has opened its new branch at Sisahaniya of Rapti Rural Municipality-5 in Dang with an aim to provide banking services at all local levels of the nation.

Chairman of Rapti Rural Municipality Numanand Subedi and Sisahaniya Chambers of Commerce and Industry’s Chairman Purna Bahadur Budathoki jointly inaugurated the branch amid a function on Monday, July 9. Budathoki believes that the branch will help the locals and the entrepreneurs of the area in conducting financial transaction. The new branch will be providing all kinds of modern banking services in the area.

Meanwhile, the bank had opened three branches on Sunday, July 8.  The bank said it started operation of the branches at Gaurigunj and Surunga of Jhapa and Bhurigaun of Bardiya.
