May 17: ILFCO Microfinance, a ‘D’ class financial institution licenced by Nepal Rastra Bank, has started five branches across the various parts of the nation. The microfinance has started branches in Shankarapuri of Kathmandu, Deupur of Kavre, Bhadrakali of Sindhuli, Thansing of Nuwakot and Simichour of Gulmi. The number of branches of the company has reached 10 with the additions. According to a press release by ILFCO Microfinance, the company is also preparing to start branches in Laxmipur of Dang and Khadgabhangyanj of Nuwakot within the current FY.
ILFCO Microfinance is a subsidiary company of International Leasing and Finance Co Ltd. The company has Rs 538.6 million in loans till the mid-April of current FY.
