April 25: The net profit of Sanima Bank has increased by 58.41 percent to Rs 670.4 million in the third quarter of current fiscal year. The operating profit and net interest income of the bank has increased by 55.95 percent and 47 percent respectively. The bank’s net profit has increased as a result of recovering bad debt of Rs 16.9 million during the last FY. Similarly, interest income of the bank has increased by 28.71 percent to Rs 2.33 billion while its interest expenses has increased by 13.46 percent to Rs 1.12 billion.
