Thai AirAsia is set to conduct flights at Kathmandu-based Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and Guatam Buddha International Airport (GBIA) in Bhairahawa from November 3.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) had banned Thai AirAsia for violating rule on September 27, but lifted the ban after it apologized and pledged adherence to CAAN edict.
Information Officer at CAAN, Gyanendra Bhul, informed that Thair AirAsia would be conducting four flights to TIA and two to GBIA from next week. The ban was lifted on the condition that if it halts flight to GBIA, its permission to TIA would be automatically scrapped, Bhul added. -- RSS
