Outlook:
7th Falgun, Tuesday market saw a big leap in bull side. This was because Governor of Central Bank not only assured but made an effort to lower the rate of interest. Stock market recepted this stop as positive and we are optimistic and need to see if rate of interest in reality drops or stock market receives this positively for next and period.
If this is receipted positively, stock market will grow to the resistant level otherwise further slides or range bond may be expected.
Conclusion:
- The drop in trading volume suggests unwillingness of traders to sell in the current prices. If the deadlock remains for long, ultimately two possibilities are ahead:
1) Silver shining: The stock price will rise.
2) Panic sell will start
- The fundamental circumstance and policies will drive the direction of stock market in coming days ahead. We recommend traders to buy in their basket with the scrips which has EPS higher than Rs. 20 and P/E ratio below 20.
