March 29: 6th AGM of Innovative Development Bank, under leadership of Devendra Bahadur Raut, Director of the bank has endorsed 28.42 percent dividend proposal. The meeting has also endorsed profit and loss statement, amendment proposal of Article of Association as per capital increase plan. “The meeting also decided not to change share structure of the company while maintaining proportion of promoter shareholders and ordinary shareholders by 51:49”, says Prabin Kumar Dhahal, CEO of the bank.
