January 16: Sanjen Hydropower has appointed Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) as its issue manager. The institutions signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the matter on January 15.

Ram Krishna Pokharel, Executive Director of the Trust and Kiran Kumar Shrestha, CEO of Sanjen signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisation. As per the agreement, all the activities related with the issuance of general shares of Sanjen will be managed with CIT.

With the agreement, the company will initially float allocated shares to the various related parties.
