March 29: Om Development Bank has started a branch at Boudha. Chintamani Shivakoti, Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) inaugurated the branch amid a program on March 29. In the program, the bank felicitated female micro-bus driver Rita Thapa Magar in a bid to support female entrepreneurship. The newly established branch is the 31th branch of the bank.

On the occasion, Sushil Kumar Goshali, Chairman of the bank provided information on various facilities and activities of the bank. “After merger with Manaslu Bikash Bank, Om will issue 10:3 right shares,” said Bishwo Mohan Adhikari, CEO of the bank.
