Tata Introduces TIGOR in Nepali Market

August 9: Indian four-wheeler brand Tata has launched Tata TIGOR amid a programme in Kathmandu on August 9. Sipradi Trading, the sole distributor of Tata Motors in Nepal, informed that Tata TIGOR with the tagline ‘StyleBack’ is meant for young and fast-paced generation.

Speaking at the programme, Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading, said, “We are very proud to be the first international market of Tata Motors that is launching TIGOR.” He further added, “The Indian sales figure is eminent to justify that TIGOR is a gem of a product from Tata Motors and we expect it to do wonders in the Nepalese market. Moving ahead from the hatches, and sedans, Tigor will definitely create a new segment for itself, the ‘StyleBack’.”

Issuing a press statement, the company said that the car is intelligently engineered with superior legroom and 24 utility spaces to provide ample storage to carry one’s world along. The stylish design is complemented by enhanced performance and driving dynamics. The TIGOR will be available in petrol variant - Revotron 1.2L with class-leading driving dynamics. The engine is available with multi-drive modes – Eco and City, added the statement.

Tata TIGOR is available in four variants XE, XT, XZ and XZ (O) with six exciting colour options including copper dazzle, espresso brown, pearlescent white, platinum silver, striker blue and berry red. According to the statement, TIGOR has four years warranty or 75,000 km and the company is providing the warranty whichever is earlier.

The starting price of Tata TIGOR is Rs 23,45,000 for the Revotron 1.2l (petrol) variant.
