November 21:  Jyoti Bikas Bank has opened a branch at Tarkeshwar of Kathmandu with an objective of providing banking services to all areas of Nepal. Tarkeshwar Municipality’s Mayor Rameshwar Bohora and the bank’s Chairman Hari Chandra Khadka jointly inaugurated the branch amid a function on Monday, November 20. The bank had opened a branch at Ramgopalpur of Mahottari last week as per the policy of Nepal Rastra Bank to render services at all levels of the state in the new federal setup.
