Sun Nepal Life Insurance to Issue IPO

February 18: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has decided to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 600 million to the public. The company's first annual general meeting held in the capital endorsed the proposal to issue IPO on Thursday, February 15.

The meeting chaired by the chairman of the company Anuj Keyal also approved the company's annual report, audit report , balance sheet of last fiscal year, profit and loss statements.

Likewise, the meeting also nominated Anuj Keyal, Narayan Rungata, Kiran KC, Sashank Agrawal as board members of the company from among its shareholders.
