May 18: KIST Medical College Teaching Hospital has commenced dental services at Lubhu Primary Health Center, located at Mahalaxmi Municipality, Lalitpur. The inauguration of the service was jointly conducted by the mayor of Mahalaxmi Municipality Rameshwor Shrestha and the chairperson of KIST MCTH Aashish Thapa.

The program attended by the representatives of all 10 wards of Mahalaxmi Municipality, female health volunteers, representatives of KIST MCTH and its doctors, and the people of the municipality.

"KIST hospital has been availing best of medical services to the people at the fairest of rates. Their social initiations have been equally commendable, and now by providing dental services, KIST has taken a step further. We humbly thank the organization for its efforts," said Mayor Shrestha.

The chairperson of KIST, Thapa informed that in the near future, the hospital shall be providing gynecology, pediatric, orthopedic, and other medical services along with various health camps to the locals of the municipality.
