Qatar Airways Celebrates Iftar in Nepal

May 27: In celebration of the month of Ramadan, Qatar Airways Nepal hosted distinguished guests from the Government of Nepal, the Nepal Hajj Committee, dignitaries from different religions and delegates from different embassies to a sumptuous Iftar dinner. The iftar is a traditional evening meal when Muslims break their daily Ramadan fast at sunset, the airline said in a statement.

According to the airline, this event was arranged in line with the secular Nepal and celebrated with different religious dignitaries.

Qatar Airways said it is delighted to serve the people of Nepal with four daily flights from Kathmandu to Doha, connecting Nepal to over 150 destinations worldwide.

Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, is celebrating 20 years of Going Places Together with travellers across its more than 150 business and leisure destinations. The airline said it will add a number of exciting new destinations to its growing network in 2017/18, including Dublin, Nice, Skopje, Sarajevo and many more, flying passengers on board its modern fleet of 195 aircraft.
