July 3: Shangri-La Development Bank has decided to distribute 2.5 percent bonus share and 9.3 percent cash dividend to its share holders. The decision was approved by the 13th annual general meeting of the bank held on Sunday, July 1.
Rabindra Prasad Shrestha, chairman of Shangri-La Development Bank, had presented the financial report of the bank during the annual general meeting. The meeting also passed the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and various financial details of the bank.
The bank informed that it will now have a total paid-up capital of Rs 2.5 billion after the distribution of bonus share and cash dividend.
