Simrik Air to Start Bhedetar-Pathivara Flights

December 27: After the success of Gosaikunda flights from Kathmandu, Simrik Air is now operating its helicopter flights from Bhedetar to Pathivara Temple mostly targeting the devotees from eastern Nepal.

Issuing a press statement, the airline company said it will be starting the pilgrimage flights from January 4.

According to Simrik Air, it will take around one and a half hours for the pilgrims to reach Pathivara and return back to Bhedetar under its tour package.

The two-way flight will take around one hour while 30 minutes will be allocated as the ground time at Pathivara for the pilgrims, the company said.

“This holy tour is being operated so that most of the Nepalese devotees will be able to reach the temple safely and comfortably without any hassles of walking a long way uphill and again the tedious journey back,” said the statement, adding, “Most of the senior citizens are expected to benefit from this flight as they can have easy access to the temple in a comfortable ride.”
